## Who each app is for

Peppy vs Glapp comes down to two things: where you want the app to run, and whether you want other people in it. Glapp calls itself "the first community-driven GLP1 app built by real users on the medication". It runs on iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and in a browser at glapp.io, and it leans into the GLP-1 experience: shot phases that predict hunger and energy shifts, food noise tracking, nutrition tips that "don't obsess with calories", and daily check-ins for cravings, mood, sleep and bowel movements. If you are on Mounjaro or Wegovy and like the idea of a shared community and a web dashboard, Glapp is a good fit.

Peppy is a single-player, iPhone-only tracker. No account, no community, no server. It covers the same GLP-1 medications and 100 more compounds, and it is built for people who also reconstitute vials, run several protocols and want site rotation handled across all of them.

## Feature by feature

Everything in the table is what each app states on its own site or App Store page as of 2026-08-30.

**Inventory.** This is where Glapp is stronger than most GLP-1 apps. It tracks vials, pens, concentration, volume and beyond-use dates, deducts each dose automatically and tells you when supply runs out. Peppy's inventory (Pro) does the same job for vials: doses per vial, "about 12 doses left, runs out around Oct 3", and a running-low alert. Call this one even.

**Calculator and compounds.** Glapp does not list a reconstitution calculator, and it stops at semaglutide and tirzepatide. **Site rotation.** Glapp's App Store listing mentions shot site rotation but its site does not describe a map. Peppy's Log shot sheet is a 13-site front and back body map that suggests the next site and shows when each was last used. **Levels chart.** Both have one. Glapp shows a weekly rise, peak and fade for semaglutide and tirzepatide. Peppy's "Active in your system" curve (Pro) is estimated from the half-life of about 62 compounds and sits next to your weight and side-effect charts.

**Titration.** Glapp offers titration guidance and a missed-dose guide. Peppy stores your dose ladder (Pro) and moves the dose forward on cards, reminders and the log sheet when a step ends; missed doses are computed from the schedule, never stored.

**Widgets and Watch.** Glapp lists Apple Watch support. Peppy has no Watch app but offers Next Shot, Streak, Today and Weight widgets for the Home and Lock Screen (Pro); the Next Shot widget logs a dose with one tap. If you log from your wrist, Glapp; if you log from the Lock Screen, Peppy.

Glapp's site presents the app as free and does not list prices. Its App Store listing shows Glapp Max at $4.99 a week, $9.99 a month or $39.99 a year; the site does not say which features Max unlocks.

Peppy is free for one active protocol with logging, calendar, calculator, check-ins, site rotation, Apple Health and iCloud. Pro is $29.99 a year or $5.99 a week with a 7-day trial: reminders, insights charts, unlimited protocols, cycles and titration, inventory, photos, export and widgets.

## Privacy and data

Glapp needs an account. Its site says your history is "securely stored" in that account, is private by default unless you share it, and is not sold. Its App Store privacy label lists health data, contact info, identifiers and usage data as linked to you. Export is not listed.

Peppy has no account and no server. Data lives on your iPhone, synced through your iCloud. Export (Pro) produces a PDF or CSV that goes only where you send it.

## How to do this in Peppy

1. Protocols tab, tap +, search your medication (Mounjaro, Wegovy, compounded tirzepatide). Pick dose, schedule and a color.
2. On a vial, open the Calculator in the editor: vial mg, water mL, dose. Peppy answers "Draw up N units".
3. Back-fill your shot history in the Calendar: tap a day, tap Add dose, pick the site.
4. In Settings, switch on "Sync weight with Apple Health" to pull in your weight history.
5. Add a second protocol (Pro) and the Today list and body map cover both.
