A peptide stack tracker keeps each compound as its own protocol (its own dose, units, schedule and color) and merges them into a single list for today. Peppy does exactly that: every protocol gets a color, the Today tab shows what is due across all of them, and site rotation is shared so two compounds never land on the same spot. Free covers one active protocol; unlimited protocols are Pro.

## Why a peptide stack tracker beats a notes app

A "stack" only means you are running more than one compound at the same time. The compounds are not the hard part. The bookkeeping is. One protocol is logged daily, another weekly, a third every other day. One is measured in mcg, another in mg. Each has its own vial, its own units to draw, and its own last-used injection site. A notes app or a spreadsheet leaves all of that in your head, which is exactly where it gets lost on a busy morning. A peptide stack tracker keeps each compound separate where it should be separate, and combines them where you actually look: today's list, the calendar and the body map.

This page is about scheduling and logging. Peppy does not suggest which compounds to combine or how much to take. It tracks what you have already decided with your prescriber.

## One protocol per compound

In Peppy, a protocol is one compound plus its dose, schedule, color and rotation settings. You pick the compound from a catalog of 123 (search "BPC" or "Ipa" and it appears with its form, default unit and typical frequency already filled in), or type a custom name for anything not listed. Each protocol carries:

- **Its own units.** [BPC-157](https://peppytracker.com/compounds/bpc-157/) and [CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin](https://peppytracker.com/compounds/cjc-1295-ipamorelin/) default to mcg in the catalog, [TB-500](https://peppytracker.com/compounds/tb-500/) to mg. You never convert one to the other.
- **Its own schedule.** Daily, weekly, every other day, specific weekdays, or a cycle such as 5 on / 2 off (Pro).
- **Its own color.** Twelve colors, one per protocol. The color follows the compound onto the Today list, the calendar dots and the widgets, so a glance tells you which shot is which.

Because protocols are independent, you can pause one without touching the others, archive a finished one and keep its history, or duplicate a protocol when you start a fresh vial with the same settings.

## One Today list for the whole stack

The Today tab is where the stack stops feeling like a stack. The hero card counts down to whichever dose is nearest ("Due in 3h 20m", or OVERDUE if you are late), and the list under it shows everything due today across every protocol, each with its color and its units. Tap a row to log it. If a compound is off today, it simply is not in the list.

Below the list, the "Active in your system" card draws an estimated curve for each compound from its catalog half-life, so a short-acting compound falls off by evening while a long-acting one stays on the chart all week. Peppy labels this plainly: it is an estimate from each compound's half-life, not a measurement. The chart is part of Insights (Pro).

The check-in row sits on the same screen, so weight, side effects and how you feel get logged once a day and attach to every dose taken that day, not to one protocol.

## Site rotation shared across every protocol

Rotation is the feature that breaks first in a spreadsheet. If you track sites per compound, two protocols can both "correctly" pick the left abdomen on the same day. Peppy keeps one site history for all protocols. When you log a shot, the body map shows the suggested next site and, for every other site, when it was last used by anything ("Last used 3 days ago", "Used yesterday"). The protocol editor explains the rule in one line: Peppy suggests the next site in this order and rotates across all your protocols. ## Different rhythms, one calendar

The Calendar tab shows every protocol on one month grid. Each day gets a dot per protocol in the protocol's color, marked taken, skipped, missed or upcoming. Missed and upcoming are computed from each schedule, not stored, so a paused protocol disappears from future days the moment you pause it and a cycle's off days never show as missed. If you forget to log a shot at the time, add it from the calendar afterwards and the day updates.

## What is free and what is Pro

Free covers one active protocol with logging, the body map, the calculator, the calendar, check-ins and iCloud sync. Running a second active protocol at the same time is where Pro starts (Pro also unlocks cycles, step-ups, inventory, reminders, insights, photos, export and widgets). Paused and archived protocols do not count against the free limit.

## How to do this in Peppy

1. Open the **Protocols** tab and tap **+**. Under **Compound**, tap **Choose** and search the catalog. Pick, say, BPC-157; Peppy fills in vial form, mcg and daily.
2. Set the dose and the schedule. For a vial compound, the inline **Calculator** takes vial mg, water mL and dose and shows "Draw up N units". Always verify with your prescriber.
3. Pick a **Color**. Leave **Rotation order** on the default 13-site order or reorder it (Pro). Save.
4. Repeat for the next compound (TB-500 weekly, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin daily, and so on). Give each a different color. The second active protocol asks for Pro.
5. Go to the **Today** tab. Every dose due today is listed with its color and units. Tap a row to open the Log shot sheet, tap the suggested site on the body map (or any other, each labelled with its last use), adjust the time if needed, and log.
6. Open the **Calendar** tab to see all protocols on one grid. Long-press a protocol card in Protocols to pause, duplicate or archive it.

### What is a peptide stack tracker?

### Can I track BPC-157 and TB-500 in the same app?

Yes. In Peppy they are two protocols. BPC-157 is listed in the catalog as a daily vial compound in mcg and TB-500 as a weekly vial compound in mg, so each keeps its own schedule and its own units. Both show up on the Today tab and the same body map.

### How many protocols can I run at once in Peppy?

The free tier allows one active protocol. Peppy Pro removes the limit (Pro). Paused and archived protocols do not count against the free limit, so you can keep old cycles for the record.

### Does site rotation work across different compounds?

Yes. Peppy suggests the next site in your rotation order and rotates across all your protocols, so a morning shot of one compound and an evening shot of another are pushed to different sites. The log sheet shows when each site was last used by anything.
