Yes. Enter the vial size, the water you added and your dose, and Peppy shows the units on a U-100 insulin syringe, warns when a dose will not fit, and counts doses left in the vial.

Peppy stores your data on your iPhone and syncs it with your own iCloud. There is no Peppy account and no Peppy server. Reports you export go only where you send them.
