How many units is 5 mg of Cortexin?
It depends on how the vial was mixed. Example: a 50 mg vial plus 5 mL of bacteriostatic water is 10 mg/mL, so 5 mg is 0.5 mL, or 50 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Change the water and the units change. Use the calculator above with your own vial, and verify with your prescriber.
