Who each app is for

Peppy vs Regimen is a comparison between a broad platform and a focused tool. Regimen, by Awaken Labs, is "built for peptides, GLP-1, TRT, and HRT" and claims 200+ compounds and brands including anabolics, ancillaries and supplements. It models levels for 150+ compounds across a full year, tracks labs with reference ranges, pulls sleep, heart rate, HRV and body composition from Apple Health or Google Health Connect, and correlates all of it with your doses through a "Signals" engine. It runs on iPhone and Android. If you are on testosterone, run bloodwork, or want to see whether a compound moved your HRV, Regimen is the more complete system.

Peppy stays with peptides and GLP-1s: 123 compounds, each with form, unit, half-life and dose ladder, a body map that rotates sites across every protocol, a calculator, cycles and step-ups, and weight and side effects tied to each dose. No labs, no wearables beyond weight, no account. iPhone only.

Feature by feature

Calculators. Regimen has four: reconstitution, reverse BAC, TRT oil and intranasal. Peppy has one, for reconstitution, free, inline in the protocol editor and standalone. For a peptide vial they do the same job; for oil or nasal spray, use Regimen. Always verify with your prescriber.

Levels. Regimen plots peak, trough and steady state hour by hour for 150+ compounds. Peppy's "Active in your system" curve (Pro) is a half-life estimate for about 62 compounds. Regimen's is the deeper implementation; both are estimates, not measurements.

Site rotation. Regimen tracks subcutaneous and intramuscular sites separately. Peppy shows a 13-site front and back silhouette, suggests the next site, shows "last used 6 days ago" and adds a heat-map (Pro). If you want to see the rotation rather than read it, Peppy's is more visual. See injection site rotation.

Inventory, cycles, titration. Close to even. Regimen tracks vials, pens and pills with running-low and beyond-use-date warnings, plans dose changes and alerts you when a cycle ends. Labs and wearables. Regimen only. Peppy reads and writes weight with Apple Health and nothing else.

Check-ins. Regimen tracks 50+ daily symptom markers. Peppy's check-in covers 28 side effects and 12 feelings on a 1 to 5 scale plus weight, a note and a photo (Pro), with a side-effect heat-map by week in the Progress tab (Pro). Regimen's is broader; Peppy's defaults to the GLP-1 set (nausea, constipation, heartburn, sulfur burps, food noise) out of the box.

Pricing

Regimen is "free for your first compound" with every feature, no trial and no card. Premium is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year for unlimited compounds; the App Store listing mentions a 14-day free trial.

Peppy is free for one active protocol with logging, calendar, calculator, check-ins, site rotation, Apple Health and iCloud. Pro is $29.99 a year or $5.99 a week with a 7-day trial and adds reminders, insights charts, unlimited protocols, cycles and titration, inventory, photos, export and widgets. Regimen's single-compound free tier is more generous; Peppy's paid tier is cheaper.

Privacy and data

Regimen says your data is "stored securely, never shared, sold, or monetized" and that you can export or delete it at any time. Its App Store privacy label lists health data, contact info, user content and identifiers as linked to you. Whether an account is required is not stated.

Peppy has no account and no server. Data stays on your iPhone and in your iCloud; export (Pro) produces a PDF or CSV you send yourself. See private peptide tracker.

How to do this in Peppy

1. Protocols tab, tap +, search each compound in your stack. Set dose, schedule and a color per protocol (unlimited protocols is Pro).
2. In each vial protocol, open the Calculator: vial mg, water mL, dose. Peppy shows the units and warns if the dose will not fit a 1 mL syringe.
3. Calendar: tap past days and choose Add dose to bring your history across.
4. Settings: switch on "Sync weight with Apple Health" to import your weight trend.
5. Add cycles, a dose ladder and vial counts in the protocol editor (Pro); Today then skips off days and warns before you run out.
