TB-500 tracker for iPhone: units to draw, weekly shots, cycles and what's still active

Tracking TB-500 means reconstituting a vial, converting a dose in milligrams into units on an insulin syringe, keeping a weekly or twice-weekly shot on schedule, rotating sites, running a loading-then-maintenance cycle and knowing how many draws are left. Peppy does the units math, counts down to the next shot, suggests the next site on a body map, handles cycles, and estimates when the vial runs out.
What tracking TB-500 actually involves
A TB-500 tracker app is mostly a reconstitution calculator with a weekly calendar attached. TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4) is a research compound sold as a lyophilised vial in milligrams, and the dose is usually larger in volume than a BPC-157 draw, so "will this fit in the syringe" is a live question. It is typically tracked on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, sometimes with a heavier loading period followed by a lower maintenance dose, which turns it into a titration in reverse.
Start with the math. Enter the mg in the vial, the mL of bacteriostatic water you add, and your dose in mg, and Peppy's calculator shows "Draw up N units" on a U-100 syringe. If the volume exceeds 1 mL it tells you, which for TB-500 happens more often than for most peptides. The calculator is inline in the protocol editor and standalone in the Calculator tab. It converts; it does not recommend. Try it for TB-500:

Free in the appThe reconstitution units guide walks through the same math by hand. The catalog's dose list for TB-500 is below, labelled as it is in the app: listed, not recommended.
| TB-500 — catalog dose ladder | Dose |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | 2 mg |
| Step 2 | 2.5 mg |
| Step 3 | 5 mg |
Dose steps as listed in the Peppy catalog so the picker is fast — not a recommendation. Your prescriber sets your dose; Peppy tracks it.
Shot day, rotation and missed doses
With a weekly or twice-weekly shot, the calendar does most of the work. Set specific weekdays (say Monday and Thursday) and the Today tab counts down to the next one. Peppy's body map has 13 sites and suggests the next one each time you log, with "last used 6 days ago" beneath it; where you choose to inject is between you and whoever supervises you, and Peppy remembers it. Rotation is shared across protocols, so a TB-500 shot and a daily BPC-157 shot are kept apart. The injection site rotation guide covers the order.
There is no label for a research compound and therefore no missed-dose rule to quote. Peppy shows the fact: "OVERDUE" with the elapsed time on the Today tab, a gap on the Calendar, and the choice to log late, skip, or add a past dose. Missed and overdue are computed from your schedule and log rather than stored, so the month grid never shows duplicates. The missed dose guide is written for GLP-1 pens, but the logging mechanics are identical.

Loading, maintenance and cycles
Many people describe TB-500 as a loading phase of a few weeks followed by a lower maintenance dose, and often a break after that. Peppy models both. Titration (Pro) is a list of steps with durations, and it works downward as well as upward: a higher dose for the loading weeks, then a lower one, with the change advancing automatically on the card, the reminder and the log sheet. Cycles (Pro) add on/off blocks such as 6 weeks on and 4 off, and off days are skipped so reminders stay quiet. The peptide cycle tracker guide shows the presets.
Inventory (Pro) keeps the vial count honest. Enter vials on hand and doses per vial and the protocol shows "about 4 doses left, runs out around Oct 3", with a running-low alert and a refill reminder. Because TB-500 draws are large, a 5 mg vial can be only a couple of doses, and the estimate is worth having. See the vial inventory guide.
Side effects and how you feel
Choose the side effects and feelings you want in Settings. For TB-500, many people track injection site reaction, fatigue and headache, and score energy, sleep and joint comfort in the feelings list. Weight can come from Apple Health if you want it on the chart. The Progress tab (Pro) draws a heat-map of your scores against dose days and cycle blocks, and an adherence percentage. Export (Pro) produces a PDF or CSV, generated on the device.
What's still active
Peppy's catalog lists a half-life of about 60 hours for TB-500, an estimate used to draw the "Active in your system" curve. At two and a half days, a twice-weekly schedule keeps the curve fairly level while a weekly one shows a clear rise and fall, and the difference is visible on the chart. It is an estimate from the catalog half-life, not a measurement.

How to do this in Peppy
- Open Protocols, tap + and search "TB-500" (or "thymosin beta-4"). Vial form, mg unit and weekly frequency are prefilled.
- In the inline calculator, enter the vial's mg, the water you add in mL, and your dose in mg. Peppy shows the units and stores them as your dose.
- Choose Weekly or pick specific weekdays for twice-weekly. Add a step-down (Pro) for loading-to-maintenance and a cycle (Pro) if you take breaks.
- Set your last shot date and time so the Today countdown starts correctly.
- Turn on inventory (Pro) with vials on hand and doses per vial for "runs out around" and a refill reminder.
- Turn on dose reminders and the missed-dose nudge in Settings ▸ Reminders (Pro), and pick the side effects and feelings for your daily check-in.
Each shot: tap it on Today, tap the suggested site on the body map, confirm the units, log. Free covers one active protocol, the calculator, logging, rotation, calendar, check-ins and iCloud; a stack with BPC-157 needs Pro for the second protocol, as the peptide stack tracker guide explains. Peppy is a tracking tool; dose calculations are mathematical conversions only. Always verify with your prescriber.
Frequently asked
Is there a TB-500 tracker app for iPhone?
Yes. Peppy is a free iPhone TB-500 tracker app. TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) is in the catalog as a weekly vial dosed in mg with a half-life. Enter your vial, water and dose to get the units, set the schedule and log each shot on a body map.
How do I calculate TB-500 units?
Enter the vial's mg, the mL of bacteriostatic water you add and your dose in mg. Peppy shows the units on a U-100 syringe and warns if the draw will not fit a 1 mL syringe. The dose is yours; Peppy only converts it.
How do I remember a twice-weekly TB-500 shot?
Set the schedule to specific weekdays, for example Monday and Thursday, and the Today tab counts down to the next one. With Pro, Peppy sends a reminder on each day and a missed-dose nudge afterwards.
Can the app track a TB-500 loading phase then maintenance?
Yes. Use titration (Pro) to step the dose down after the loading weeks, and cycles (Pro) for on/off blocks. Off weeks are skipped automatically and the calendar shows the pattern.
Can I track TB-500 and BPC-157 together?
Yes. Each is its own protocol with its own color, both appear on the Today list, and site rotation is shared so the two shots never land on the same spot. Running two active protocols needs Pro.
