Mounjaro tracker for iPhone: every shot, step-up and side effect in one place

Tracking Mounjaro means one weekly tirzepatide shot, a six-step ladder from 2.5 mg to 15 mg that moves in 2.5 mg increments, rotating injection sites, and watching nausea and weight after each step. What tracking Mounjaro actually involves

A Mounjaro tracker app has three things to keep straight: the weekday, the injection site, and which 2.5 mg step you are on. Mounjaro is a once-weekly tirzepatide pen dosed in milligrams, so there is nothing to mix or convert. Its prescribing information starts adults at 2.5 mg once weekly for four weeks, then 5 mg, with further increases in 2.5 mg increments only after at least four weeks on the current dose, up to a maximum of 15 mg. Six steps at four weeks each is a five-month climb if you go all the way, and most of the tracking work happens in that window.

Shot day, rotation and missed doses

Mounjaro's label names the abdomen and thigh for self-injection and the back of the upper arm if someone else injects, and says to rotate sites with each dose. Missed doses have a tighter window than semaglutide. Mounjaro's label says to take a missed dose as soon as possible within 4 days (96 hours), and to skip it if more than 4 days have passed. It also allows moving your weekly day as long as there are at least 3 days (72 hours) between two doses. Titration and step-ups

Because every Mounjaro step is 2.5 mg, it is easy to forget whether you are on 7.5 or 10, especially if your prescriber held you at one step for eight weeks instead of four. In Peppy, titration (Pro) is a list of steps with a duration each. When a step ends, the dose advances on the protocol card, in the reminder and on the log sheet at the same time; you never edit the protocol on shot day. Side effects and weight

The daily check-in takes about 20 seconds from the row on the Today tab: weight, five side effects scored 1 to 5 (nausea, constipation, heartburn, sulfur burps and food noise are the GLP-1 defaults; add others from Settings), how you feel, and a note. Apple Health can supply the weight automatically, and everything you enter is written back to Health. This is how you get from "I think I felt worse after going to 7.5" to a chart with the step-up marker and two weeks of nausea scores next to it. What's still active

Mounjaro's label gives tirzepatide an elimination half-life of approximately five days, which is what makes once-weekly dosing work. Peppy draws that as an "Active in your system" curve from the catalog half-life: it decays through the week and steps up when the next shot lands on what remains. It is an estimate from the half-life, not a measurement, and it exists so "how much is left" is a glance, not a calculation.
